Rondje MTB Rucphen. We waren al 10km kwijt voor we de baan gevonden hadden. Toen halverwege ingestapt en later alsnog hele ronde (17km) gedaan.

Was 2 weken geleden dat ik heb gelopen. Eerste stuk wind (en kou) tegen. Idee was om groter rondje te doen, maar dit was wel genoeg 😇.

Ronde zoveel mogelijk onder de 145bpm. Is weleens leuk om te proberen. Je wordt niet moe, maar ben van iets meer snelheid.
