Diabetes is a full time job without weekends and holiday. It is much more than duing insulin and checking the blood sugar, its emotional distress and frustration, anxiety but also small achievements that should be celebrated day by day.
Today I want to run to celebrate my next Diabetes achievement, 10k with a stable glucose level.
